Love the concept of the year in Asana but didn’t quite work for me.

I am a member of two asana accounts. Internal that hosts all of my BAU and special project tasks, it would be set up with the highest security etc and another with our external agency where I only had 3-4 tasks over the whole year - the year in asana pulled in the activity from the external account so looks like I had a very unproductive year.

Is there a way to get similar stats for an asana team at all?

I had the same issue but I was able to fix it. Try logging into your internal Asana account and there should be a tab on your home page that allows you to view your year in Asana. I had to open it a few times before it switched to my internal account. Hope it works for you

Hi @Tori_Condon, great question! Currently, in Your Year in Asana, only organization admins see organization-wide (or team-wide) stats, while all other members see data based solely on their individual accounts. We’ll be sure to note your feedback for future consideration.

How many minutes did you save with automations and workflows?

@Claren_Yagami, @Fatima_Abubakar and @Jan_Rajdl, after seeing your numbers, I think we might’ve been a little too modest with those poll options.

Looks like we’ll need to add a “Time traveler” option to the poll to truly capture your level of time-saving achievement!

I received this YIR yesterday. I went back into Asana to clean up tasks that hadn’t been marked completed etc. but it didn’t update the number. Is this number just a snapshot, and if so, why isn’t it taken at the conclusion of the year?

Hi @Jay_G, welcome to our Forum! I’ll double-check with our Product team, but I believe that data collection stops right before the Year in Asana is released, so any new data wouldn’t be included. I’ll confirm as soon as I hear back!
