Following the warning banners (in-product) that my AI credits are almost done and urging me to panic and purchase more credits, I actually did nothing and received this email today (screenshot below).
I am grateful for the one-time increase, however I find the numbers very strange.
My AI Studio credits appear to be maxed out at 600k but in fact Enterprise tiers get 200k.
And so I’m wondering is the one-time increase in fact 1.8m credits?!

I think it’s safe to assume your credits for this month are 600K.
Check your admin console to be sure.
Besides the 3x that seems to be applied twice to all of the limits, there are several things that make this email confusing.
The same amount of credits has two scales on the horizontal axis. Which is confusing.
It is not clear what the credit consumption over time is, how long you have left in the month, and whether you should be worried about this month’s consumption.
Right, so point being, the red bar in the email should display 200,292 / 200,000 (not 200,292 / 600,00) and the green bar should display 200,292 / 600,000 (not 200,292 / 1,800,000). Agree?
That would match the modal in the Admin Console.
(by the way, do you mean ‘Enterprise and above’ or Ent+ tier?)
