If you found the email that you received after deleting the project, and followed that email’s instruction to restore the project, then the project should be found in your Asana environment (search for it using the Search box or find it in the left sidebar).
I’m not sure the screenshot you showed is related to the restore process; I don’t think I’ve seen that before.
Your best bet at this point is contact Support and provide them as much info as you can about details (name of project, link provided with the restore button, etc. Create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.
