Viewing all of a user's tasks

The company I have just started working for has tasked me with managing their developers and project tasks. The goal is to be able to see who is working on what and what the status is.

Is there any way to view a single user’s task list with a status, tags, etc. data? If not, how should I best be going about viewing what everyone is doing and where they are on their tasks? I must certainly be missing something!

@Michael_Brock2 - you’ll want to save an advanced search for that. Use parameters like assignee = {name}, due date = {range}, etc. If you have global custom fields (e.g., for status), if you add that as a filter on the search but leave it empty (i.e., don’t filter for specific options), that field will appear in the search results for your reference.
