A few things we have noticed about Asana that is really becoming a road block for our company. We are an accounting firm that has thousands of recurring tasks a month. Here are some of the issues are having which is making us think the months we’ve spent setting up Asana was for no good reason.

Subtasks do not show up on calendars, we cannot even get them to show in the project without having to manually open each one. We were trying to alleviate having hundreds of individual tasks in the project, and created subtasks. But how do we see them other than in the My Task section? They are not showing up on the calendar, in the portfolios…

Having the ability to assign things to multiple ppl. This is a HUGE ISSUE for us. There are times we need to tag multiple ppl in the task because whoever can get to it first would need all of the information in the description, we have tried to add them to the subtasks and tagging each person, but it doesn’t show up in a project or really anywhere other than my tasks at the bottom labeled no project.
There are several other issues we have come across that we could live with… but these 2 are HUGE and really making us second guess continuing. Esp since people have been asking for these features since 2018, but asana doesn’t think it needs to be added.
