POST Ticket with Attachment

I’m sure this has already been asked, but I can’t seem to find an answer.

When using the POST /Task endpoint, is there a way to attach a file? I can’t seen an option for that in the documentation (I could be overlooking it, idk). Or, would the preferred behavior be to create the ticket, THEN attach the file?
