Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
With a new project and a click on the new Form button a js Error is reported and nothing happens.
Steps to reproduce:
Click “add Form”
Browser version: Firefox 97.0.1 and Chrome on 2 PCs

Can you confirm if this is happening with multiple projects or this one specifically?
Could you also confirm what version of Chrome you’re using?

@anon7228463, I just realise that at the time you wrote this, we were experiencing a bug where customers were unable to create Forms in projects that did not have Forms already. This issue is now resolved, so I’m closing out this thread, but don’t hesitate to let me know if you’re still running into trouble!
