We have an update for admins of Enterprise and Enterprise+ organizations who use Divisions in paid orgs with AI Studio.
We are bringing a clearer way for admins to monitor AI Studio usage and plan ahead.
What’s new
Admins can now view AI Studio credit usage by division in their admin console, and set soft limits so division admins are notified as usage approaches or exceeds those limits:
Please note that these are soft limits, so they’re meant to support visibility and planning rather than stop work. AI Studio rules will continue running even if a division reaches its soft limit.
With this update, org admins can also:
- Notify division admins as usage approaches and exceeds their division’s soft limit
- Keep workflows running because these limits are for visibility and planning, not enforcement
Availability
This update is currently available in early access for Enterprise and Enterprise+ organizations using divisions. If you’d like to join, please reach out to your Account Executive.
