Hi there! It would be great if we could nest multiple notes under one tab within a project. For larger projects, I’ll often end up with 5-6 different tabs with various meeting notes, and the horizontal scroll & truncated title display gets tedious to sift through.
It would be great if I could create one tab for “Meeting Notes” and then when I click that, all my different notes (and my team’s notes) drop down under it to select OR are viewed in a list on the left sidebar.
We have some upcoming updates to Notes and we will make sure to pass your feedback to our product team. I will share any updates here too
Thanks @Chrissie_Jones!
I’d assume this is such an obvious request that it has been asked already, but I couldn’t find it. Would it be possible to have tabs as dropdowns, ie I create a page tab I call Meetings and then I click eg “new tab as dropdown” and I can add another page tab that I name eg “meeting 2026-10-15” that is shownin the dropdown. It would save the horizontal real estate and keep everything much more organized. Thank you!
Hi @Krister_Lindén, I believe this is the post you were looking for. I’ve merged your request (and vote).
