My tasks automations help!

Hi all,

• What you’re trying to do

  • Create an organized list of upcoming tasks across all of my projects assigned to myself based on their due date, while organized into sections of “Overdue”, “Due today”, and “Due Next Week”

• What you’ve tried so far

  • I have tried creating the following rules below to allow my tasks to short into these different sections of priority

  • 
    

• What’s not working or confusing

  • None of the tasks are moving to the appropriate sections as expected
  • 

Any ideas to solve this problem or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

This is exactly what you’re looking for, except the grouping Overdue will appear in batches based on content, and you’ll get extra groupings below the ones you want which you could just ignore:

Click the List tab, and in the menu that appears choose Make a copy and name this tab List by Date . Set Filters to Incomplete tasks . Set Groups to Due date , Ascending , and Hide empty groups (using the “. . . ” menu).
