On the iOS app, please add the ability to multi-select in My Tasks and in project lists so that its possible to move several items into Today, Upcoming or Later.
It would be easy if the swipe left could be done multiple times before choosing the Assign, Due Date, etc.
I have been used to doing this on Things3

Is it possible to highlight and drag multiple tasks on the IOS app? I use this feature all the time on my computer.

It’s currently not possible to multi-select tasks on the iOS app. We have an existing product feedback request about this feature. I’ve gone ahead and merged your thread with the main request to centralize feedback. I hope you don’t mind!

Selecting multiple tasks in such a basic and an important feature in mobile app. I purchased business plan and still not able to select many tasks iat a time to change or shift due date. Very uncomfortable if one has to get to the desktop to just do this.

Hi - I know there have been updates going out on the iOS app (I’m based in the US), but why would Asana remove the ability to multi-select and edit tasks on mobile?
This is really frustrating and impedes my ability to use the app.

Thank you. This is a massive productivity killer, which is the opposite of what Asana is designed to provide… it worked really well before so not sure why someone needed to fix it… if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it… thx!

Please be assured that this is a temporary measure, and we are actively working to reintroduce this functionality within the next couple of months.
I’ll keep you updated in this thread as soon as the multi-select option becomes available again!

I don’t know if I’ll make it a few months, this is such a time suck. Is there a way to access the desktop task list on a mobile device in the meantime? Or is my only mobile option this app, which is no longer useful?

Hi @Emily_Roman - It’s been almost 3 months since your last post and we still don’t have multi-select in the iOS app. Please update us on the status of bringing it back. This was a critical part of using Asana on mobile for so many users and a big part of what makes Asana a great tool.

@Emily_Roman i noticed that Multi-select still exists within a project on iOS. However it’s lacking in the “My Tasks.” Any update on Asana fixing this? It’s. Key productivity feature
