I’d like to set up a calendar or board where I can monitor how many accounts each team member is on throughout the year. Is there a way to automate this without having to manually change dates and uses existing boards?

Adding existing client project into Portfolios would be a great way to keep track of all necessary projects
Do keep in mind, however, that Portfolio is a Business feature!
