I’m exploring whether we can import data from the exel file file into Asana for much of the client and site info. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to do for some of the contact info too.

For example: if municipality and utility are pulled in from the Bid Machine (exel bidding template), is it possible to have a spreadsheet of contact names, emails and phone numbers for all the utilities and municipalities, such that we could put in a formula to automate putting that info into Asana?

You can import CSVs into Asana easily and you can see what’s possible here:

I’m not sure if you’re asking to import content in multiple spreadsheets and maintain links, but that wouldn’t be possible. If you can create a spreadsheet with the info already joined, then you can import that.
