Question for you. I was able to create what I was trying to but it is running averages based on hours instead of days and weeks. I created a tab to track how long and agent stayed with the brokerage prior to their out processing. I made a tab that took their outprocess date minus their inprocess date. In the list view it gives days and weeks (what we want) but when I create a number chart for it on the dashboard it runs off of hours… is there a way to change that?
