Hey everyone! ![]()
Client relationships are built with people, not companies. That’s why I was happy to see a Contacts tab in Client Management.
Right now, though, it works more like a simple directory: a list of names with basic data, and only a List view.
The Problem:
When I’m about to talk to a client contact, I want context: what’s the latest thing we did with this person? Did they leave feedback recently? When is our next meeting? Today, none of that lives in the contact profile, so I end up digging through tasks, comments and my calendar to piece it together.
What we really need:
- The option to add a photo to each contact (it sounds small, but it helps a lot when your team works with many people across many clients).
- An activity history per contact: latest actions, comments, approvals and interactions involving that person.
- Past and upcoming meetings with that contact, especially now that Asana has AI meeting notes.
- Views other than List for the Contacts tab.
This would turn Contacts from a directory into a real relationship record.
