Disable Expansion of Tasks when Dragging Other Tasks

The expansion of Tasks messes with the intuitive user experience, and disables the ability to properly drag and drop a Task in our preferred location. The expansion occurs when you’re actively dragging another Task over it.

Don’t forget to click the title to scroll to the top and vote by clicking the Vote button at the top-left; that’s the quickest and most effective way to express your support for a request.

But note that the reason for this is that it facilitates dropping as a subtask (hence the expansion to open up the potential drop target). So I think a solution needs to address that as well.
