Is there a way to tag a contact to a project without it appearing on the project board

If you don’t want it to appear on the project board, like a tag or custom field. You could use the task description?
You can even save it as a template so that it has the same layout each time
or you can use the ‘hide’ button to hide them as custom fields/tags
