In this Rule in my portfolio I want to set this only if the field is NULL. There’s no way to do this.

Hi @Justin_Roberts , you can actually do this. Click into the dropdown above which in your screenshot says ‘Field is set to…’, where you will find other options such as ‘Field is empty’:
