I need to change my organizations email , I have submitted the JOTFORM and have not heard back from anyone , I need this done asap!
I’m not sure what form you’re referring to, but if you haven’t done this already, you should:
To create a support ticket, go to www.asana.com/support (make sure you are logged in to Asana) > click the chat icon at the bottom right > type “speak to an agent” > click “Yes” > click “Something Else” > click “Create a support ticket.”
I have done that nobody has replied to me . I am trying to change my account email address . It makes me complete a form via JOTFORM and nobody has responded and no change had been made on my account
When did you submit the form and can you share a link to it?
