All e-mail addresses visible when tagging someone

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
When adding a guest to a project board, and later tagging them, members from all other (private) project boards are visible. Question: is this visible to the guest (our client) and is this GDPR-proof?
