As we are now able to create Notes tabs within a project, it’s essential to have access to them on the mobile app for a seamless workflow. Adding the Notes tab in the mobile version would ensure consistency across platforms and improve project management on the go. I hope this update can be prioritized and implemented soon.

Yes. I don’t mean to sound blunt. But not being able to access the same information cross platform makes it almost useless. You don’t have a full grip on your projects then data wise, cross platform.
I’m trying out Asana to see if it fits my needs.
For me personally it would be a deal breaker. Will this be added very soon?

I wanted to ask why the private notepad feature is not available on the mobile app. I can only access it on the web dashboard. Is there a reason for this limitation?

This is probably simply because the web team and the mobile team are different teams within the dev team, and they have different priorities and roadmap. It might also be because Asana wanted to test how used this feature is on the web before brining it to the mobile. I turned your post into a product feedback! Make sure to upvote it.

Please add project notes to mobile app and iPad app. If it is possible to add the capability to write with an Apple Pencil and convert writing to text that would be amazing. We are on construction sites and need to take notes with paper & pen or Apple Pencil & iPad because we are walking around and not sitting at a desk. Thank you!

Please add the ‘Note’ view for projects in the mobile app. Currently I can’t open my own notes from the mobile app and have to open the web version.

This is a huge issue for our team members who need to do in-person meetings and are on the go without their laptops - would be great if this were implemented soon. Any updates?

I run PM working groups, and I recommend Asana as the tool. However, it was noted by some students and evidently myself that not having the notes widget for the application is a huge loss for Asana. Being able to ‘capture’ ideas on the go to review further down the line in detail is essential.
Please add this feature to continue the recommendation. I have also voted.
