It would be really helpful to have additional project status options available. To maintain consistency, these could be managed by Asana Admin users to prevent the list from becoming unmanageable.
We’ve come across several use cases where this would add value. Such as when a project has been canceled or when there are outstanding questions that need to be flagged for the broader team. Having more nuanced status options would also make it easier to pull relevant updates for our weekly status calls. In addition, it’d be nice to have the ability to pull reports of projects completed vs canceled, as we are allocating resources towards projects that have been canceled.
