Asana Forum Contest Rules

General Rules:

The Asana Community Forum Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00:00 am (PT) on October 19, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (PT) on October 28, 2022 (the “Entry Deadline”). The Contest is open to legal residents of the following countries.

United States
Canada (excluding Quebec)
United Kingdom
Austria
France
Germany
Ireland
Netherlands
Switzerland
Australia
Japan
India

UNITED STATES

Eligibility:

The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are members of the Asana Community Forum (“Forum”) hosted at https://forum.asana.com/. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Asana, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “Asana”), its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter and purchasing a product will not increase your chances of winning.

Prizes:

One (1) Amazon gift card equivalent in value to USD $30.

How to Enter:

Forum members may enter by commenting on the Forum thread where this Contest is posted (located at [🏆 Asana Contest: How do you use Asana across teams?]) with a substantive and legible response to the question in the post announcing the Contest.

Entries must be received by the Entry Deadline. Asana is not responsible for any incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or undelivered entries, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.

Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Contest.

Prize Drawing:

On or before November 1, 2022, potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of the Contest. You need not be present.

Notification:

Winners will be notified by direct message in the Forum and given instructions to claim the prize. Any failure of a winner to accept the prize will result in forfeiture of the Prize. In the event that a potential winner forfeits or is disqualified for any reason, an alternate potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

Prize Restrictions:

Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made available, except at Asana’s sole discretion. Asana will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Asana reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these rules will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded.

Conditions:

By participating in the Contest, entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Asana, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Asana reserves the right: (a) to disqualify permanently from this Contest any entrant it believes has violated these rules; and (b) to verify eligibility of entrants. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made available, except at Asana’s sole discretion. Asana will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Asana reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these rules will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded.

Conditions:

By participating in the Contest, entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Asana, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Asana reserves the right: (a) to disqualify permanently from this Contest any entrant it believes has violated these rules; and (b) to verify eligibility of entrants. By participating in the Contest, entrants and prize winners release Asana and its employees, directors, officers, agents from any and all liability or damages with respect to or arising out of participation in the Contest and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.

All information collected from entrants in connection with their participation in the Contest will be handled in accordance with Asana’s Privacy Statement, which can be found at Terms & Policies • Asana.

Winner’s List:

To obtain a list of winners (available approximately forty-five (45) days after the Entry Deadline), send a request for the list of winners, including the Contest name, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Asana Customer Forum Contest Winners, Asana, Inc., 633 Folsom St., Suite 100, San Francisco, CA 94107” by no later than six (6) months following the Entry Deadline.
