I’m the Director of Continuous Improvement in a mid-size mechanical trades (HVAC, Electric, Plumbing) company. I’ve been in this position since the Fall of 2015. I partner with various people and departments to examine, understand, and improve upon processes. Our end goal in Continuous Improvement: eliminate waste and reduce variability.

Prior to my current position I oversaw our Residential Preventative Maintenance program in our Service Department for about 2 years, and prior to that I oversaw a retail partnership with a national chain for about 2 years.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and if that time includes some good craft beer then I’m even more into it. I also enjoy a good book, a good movie, or a good TV show. And a couple times a year I try to get away for at least a weekend, and just do nothing… that’s my idea of a good time.
