After 3,5 years of experience at Springest*, I am now dedicated to help other organisations become a workplace where happy and productive teams can flourish.

• OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

I offer talks and workshops on each of these topics, I can help with implementations and would love to help you combine any of these four.
Next to this I have experience in creating and optimising sales processes as well as processes for hiring and onboarding. My aim is to combine the people part with business structures and methods that I know improve results and happiness.
