As the Senior Associate Director of Systems Operations at New York University (NYU), she oversees the technical infrastructure supporting over 150,000 applicants annually—the largest application pool of any private university in the United States.

Known for her analytical precision and deliberative approach to system architecture, Jasmine has become a central figure in the Technolutions Slate community. Having led NYU’s initial Slate implementation in 2016, she now serves as a Slate Community Ambassador and is the founder of three influential global user groups: Slate at Scale, Slate AI, and Slate CommonApp. Her leadership style is defined by a relentless achiever mindset and a commitment to learning, ensuring that technology serves as an accelerator for equity and efficiency.

A sought-after expert on the future of enrollment management, Jasmine sits on the advisory board for the AI in College Admission (AICA) community and a leader for the NACAC AI in College Admission Special Interest Group. She is a prominent voice in the global conversation regarding the ethical implementation of Artificial Intelligence, frequently sharing her expertise on AI strategy and responsible use on national stages, including NACAC, the College Board Forum, and Slate Summit.

Beyond her technical leadership, Jasmine is a dedicated relator who prioritizes mentorship and professional development. She serves as a mentor for Common App, EDUCAUSE, and NACAC’s Women Empowering Women SIG. Jasmine holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from NYU Steinhardt and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Columbia University.
