Project Management Specialist & Consultant

Since two years I have been assisting and guiding project phases in the IT field, supporting Data Analysis and Business Analysis for the achievement of the Business objectives of a very performing Italian S.r.l. anche others company and organizations.

The introduction of the Project Management standard and adequate tools for project management have made improvements in specific performance and company results.

Passion and application of the Project Management standard push me to a continuous improvement in order to broaden and improve the ability to follow the change of the organizational structure in favor of the Business needs.
