Zendesk x Asana Emails

Hey everyone! Need some advice. My team currently works in Asana and I’m looking to integrate an App that will support sending massive emails/communication through Asana. Ideally, I would like to create an efficiency where my team will no longer need to go out of Asana to communicate to their clients. I’m hearing Zendesk but I see this more as visibility and would still require having to work within Zendesk and Asana. Is there a way emails can be sent and responded to within Asana using Zendesk?
