Hi everyone,
Asana launches four new products today, and the community is growing too. Every community member now has a place to ask questions, submit product ideas, compare notes, and collaborate together across the Asana product portfolio.
Here’s what’s new:
A space for every Asana product
All Asana products now have their own space in the community. Whether you’re deep in the core Agentic Work Management platform, or are a new user to Asana Client Management, Asana Service Management, or Command by Asana, there’s a clear place to ask, answer, and follow along.
Find your people, by industry and by role
How you use Asana can differ depending on what role or industry you’re in. For example, running marketing campaigns for a large enterprise company will look different from keeping IT service tickets in check for a non-profit. So, we’ve added spaces organized by industry and role, where advice comes from people whose day looks like yours.
A new sidebar with everything one click away
The new sidebar on the left keeps every part of the community just a click away. Whether you need support or resources outside of the community, like in the Asana Academy or Help Center, or you need to find relevant topics through browsing tags, this new navigation bar will make it much easier for you to get where you need to go.
Live conversations, front and center
Active discussions are now surfaced right where you land. You can see what the community is talking about when you access. This is the heart of the Community and now it looks like it.
Recognition for the people who make this work
Community is about helping one another. It’s helping to answer a question someone asks, and sharing your tips and tricks on how you work successfully in Asana. Now, community member spotlights and top contributor recognition is more front and center on the homepage. We want to celebrate the people who answer questions, share templates, best practices, and welcome newcomers. Now you can more easily find and follow them in the community to always get notified when they share more insights.
Events you won’t want to miss
Now it’s even easier to see upcoming virtual and in-person community events. View upcoming webinars, Ambassador-led events, and other community events directly on the homepage, making it easier to find and register. e.
Show off your profile with brand new badges
We’ve fully revamped badges to recognize and show appreciation for people who engage in the community. All kinds of contributions now have a badge attached to them, such as, answering a question, welcoming someone new, and showing up consistently over time.
There’s a whole set of new badges to earn, and they’re visible on your profile, so go get them!
Have a look at every badge you can earn at community.asana.com/badges.
