Workspace question

I client of mine just created a new ASANA free account. she has one Organization.
She’s able to create new Teams BUT does not have the ability to create Workspaces?

I’m not sure why she can’t create workspaces. I’m able to on a free account.

Any thoughts?

Creating a workspace is a bit hard to find in the interface, maybe that’s it. She needs to go to Profile Settings > Account > Workspaces > Create new workspace.
