Asana has become an instrumental tool for our marketing teams globally. We have, however, received some concern from our Work Council groups in Germany that are concerned about the functionality of the system being used to monitor or grade performance of our employees. We are not utilizing the tool in this way – we are using it to manage work streams and improve communications.
I am wondering if anyone has had this challenge with your company or clients and if you have any best practices you can share. It is essential that we get these teams in the system, but we need to overcome this challenge first.
