Workaround to reduce latency in data loading in Tableau

Hi! Does anyone know of any workaround to reduce the latency in data loading from Asana to Tableau?
Currently, it is 12 hours as per this article: Asana for Tableau integration

We aim to reduce it to maximum of 1 hour. Is this feasible?
