Ability to create ideas and work flows within asana platform

Hi @Roxanne_Dockter, thanks for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us! You can create a new Board project and add ideas during a brainstorming session. In Board view, you can also create sections and see images attached to tasks 
In regard to creating workflows, you could also leverage our Timeline or Workflows views.

In addition to Emily and Andrea, utilizing the overview tab and creating a project brief is useful! You can add images, videos, etc and Asana even gives you templates for summaries as well
