Hey Ambassadors!
We’re in search of an Ambassador to join us as a co-present with Asana and another speaker from Brand Network for an upcoming Zoom webinar on October 28th, 2025 at 9am PT. This is a great opportunity to showcase yourself as an Asana product expert in your field and share your experiences with the Asana Community. Plus, we’ll be sure to send you a little Asana gift 
as a token of appreciation.
We’re looking for a speaker to share a real-world Creative Production workflow they’ve built that has delivered measurable impact. Ideally, this would include:
- An overview of the workflow and how it was structured
- The process of getting team buy-in
- The resulting business impact (efficiency, output, collaboration, etc.)
- Bonus: If you’re an AI Studio Creator, we’d love to weave in some AI-powered rules during the demo!
The speaker from Brand Network has a strong content/editorial calendar use case, and to balance this, we’d really like someone with a Creative Production-specific use case.
- Each speaker will co-present and there will be an Asana team member there to host/MC the event
- The tone should be both practical and inspirational with a big emphasis on creating business impact
Key dates:
- Speaker briefing: Tuesday, October 7th
- Dry run and first tech check: Tuesday, October 21st
- Final tech check: Morning of October 28th
