Recently We are experiencing problems when we reply directly to emails that we received when a task has been updated.
We are using G Suite Educational, This this was working before but we do not know why it has stopped working now. The error that we get is:
We couldn’t process your email because it was sent from a server that is not authorized to send emails for [ourdomain.ca]. Please contact your email admin to update your domain’s email settings.
We have not change anything in the G suite, we do not have subdomain or alias.
