Hello all,
I wanted to know if anyone has implemented some form of Visual Process Control in Asana and if so, what would be the things I need to consider to set it up successfully. Here are more details of what I wanted to achieve:
- I need a way to visualize the progress of a very complex process that runs across multiple teams (systems and business teams).
- The process runs once per month and lasts a fixed number of days, at month end.
- The visualization must be easily consumed by leadership and contributors alike.
- The overhead in updating the Asana boards must be minimal.
