Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: The recording feature is not working. It records the video but the pop up window with the file on it after the recording is done is not popping up. I get a black screen. I have already tried all you can think of - cockies, extensions, firewall, whitelist, allow popup, windows update, … everything and it does not work on Edge either.

Hi @Bianca_Rice, sorry for the trouble! I’ve consulted our team and they’ve confirmed that there’s currently an issue with our Vimeo integration. I don’t have an ETA to share yet, but our Developers are working with Vimeo to have this fixed as soon as possible. I’ll keep you posted here in the Forum once I know more!
Please keep us posted because I have done this too! I recorded 2-3 hours of videos that showed they were recording and they disappeared.
I am experiencing the same issue. I even tried deauthorizing Vimeo and when I go to reconnect I just end up on my Asana home screen. Help!

Same! tried recording a task twice and the video is not saving in ticket
this is very upsetting. Right now I have a very old laptop with a different Windows version that works but since it’s such an old computer, it takes about 15 min to start plus another 15 to finally open one website. I have been using Loom to send videos to clients, but the videos need to be deleted because I have the free account.
