Vehicle Accountability

Hi Asana Community!

I am new here and just diving in to my new asana account. I previously used Monday .com and I am in the process of transferring all of my projects.

I am curious if anyone has a suggestion on what would be the best way to track company vehicle accountability. Tracking would include year make model sales person it is assigned to, mileage, oil change, tire rotation and misc. notes.

Hey @anon7062194, welcome to the Forum! That’s a great question. If you have a Premium plan, you can use Custom Fields to track all those details in a project. You can have Numeric, Text and Drop-down Custom Fields, depending on the kind of information you need to add.
