When a user clicks on the top “form” menu, instead of going to a form, or presenting a list of forms (if a proj has more than one) the UX is that the right-hand “customize” menu opens, where they have to first find the form section, THEN also make sure they click the “go to” button instead of the “edit” button.
As a consequence, I have to constantly show users where it is located.
Why would you do this? Forms are essential to control how content comes in; make it EASY TO FIND.
