Using AI to pull the Description or Solution from existing tickets to help answer service tickets with similar characteristics

Looking for a way to pull historical data from description or solutions to problems in order to create an artificially intelligent search engine internally to help answer customer questions that are repetitive. Any thought on how Asana can help this process?

To do this without code, you could do an advanced search and export the search results (in the search results header action menu) as PDF or CSV, and then use that as input.
