Using a "READ ME!" tag to highlight Asana instructions

Getting your team on the same page and using Asana correctly is an ongoing challenge.

When helping clients to set up their Asana accounts, we often leave notes (i.e. a task with notes in the description) in the various projects about how to use different sections/tasks and templates. These notes are a great way of getting teammates to follow a common set of rules or best practices.

I’ve found that tagging these instructional tasks with “READ ME!” makes them really stand out in the project. That way, as users click through the various projects, they’ll see the tags popping out, helping them along the way. Hope this helps!

Please let me know if you have any questions about this. If you’re interested in improving your use of Asana further or want to discuss team training, please feel free to book a free 30-minute introductory call with me to discuss consulting options.
