We utilize several templates for our projects. When new employees join the organization or when existing employees change job roles, the task collaborators must be updated manually one task and template at a time. This can be quite time consuming!
My idea is to add a user group function. Members could be added to applicable user groups and then the user group could be added as a collaborator in the template. Then if members of the user group are changed, the templates would automatically update with the appropriate collaborators.
