Use of 'through' in away status makes it unclear when someone will return

The use of ‘through’ in the wording used when a user is set to away - eg “away through Monday” - isn’t used in the UK, so causes confusion about when someone will return. It’s not clear whether that means they are back on Monday or Tuesday. says it means Tuesday, but my instinct would have been Monday.

It would be more common to say “back on Monday” if someone was going to return on Monday.

I think this idea would bring clarity particularly for people for whom English is not their first language
