Urgent Clarification Needed: NGO Pricing Application Status

Today, I checked the status of our support ticket ([Ticket ID: [01505108])]) and noticed it is marked as “Solved”. However, we have not received any email or notification confirming the outcome of our NGO pricing application. Additionally, when we checked the subscription status, the pricing remains unchanged.

Our concerns are as follows:

  • If our NGO pricing application was approved, we would like to have guidance and clear steps to finalize the process.

  • If rejected, we require a formal explanation with specific reasons to address any issues.

  • The lack of communication despite the ticket being marked “Solved” is confusing and undermines trust in Asana.

Requested Actions:

  1. Clarify the current status of our NGO pricing application.

  2. Provide documentation (email/confirmation) or a timeline for resolution.

  3. If unresolved, escalate this matter to ensure timely action

We truly value and appreciate the capabilities that Asana offers. However, the recent irresponsible handling and treatment of your potential customers have led us to reconsider subscribing to your service. If we do not receive a clear follow-up by next week, we will unfortunately have to abandon our plans and explore alternative project management tools.

Hi @Chris_Wong5, I’m sorry for the hassle. As I mentioned before, we’re unfortunately unable to assist with account and billing issues here in the Forum, as we don’t have access to that data.

I see that Support is actively working on your request, and in their follow-up today, they explained that our Nonprofits team is in communication with Goodstack, our partner that manages nonprofit applications and processing. They are currently investigating the case.

Support is doing their best to assist you, but they need to wait for confirmation from our partner before they can provide further updates.
