followed the guide, and upgraded to an organization with my own .co.uk domain.
- i now have two users.
one with my original gmail email, and one with my company .co.uk email.
they are both me, but i have two separate logins.
can i remove the old gmail login, and just use the .co.uk login?
if so, how do i do that and will it cause any issues?
- all my tasks, projects and setup is all correct under my gmail login, it is not in my .co.uk login.
If i get rid of the gmail one, it looks to me like i might lose all my setup, tasks etc.
is this the case?
would i have to go through everything and re-assign all tasks and recurring tasks and dates etc?
would i need to make new rules?
would i need to set up my own sections in My Tasks etc?
if yes, isnt there a way to just change my email address rather than delete one user and have to start all over again?
if this does cause me a lot of trouble, should i just keep the .co.uk login and not use it, then just use the gmail login?
- if i keep both logins and want to upgrade to premium, will i have to pay for two?
You can merge them by going into your Profile Settings > From Email.
You can use https://ditto.kothar.net/ to migrate. I don’t think the support would do it for you.
You probably will merge the accounts and only upgrade the org.

this seems to be to copy a workspace or project. thats not what im trying to do.
