There is a message to upgrade to premium to restore custom fields and start dates, and then there isn’t the message. We most certainty pay enough to be premium and having the custom fields keep disappearing and reappearing is getting frustrating.

The paid features are activated on a specific company email domain.
Is it possible that you see the non-premium version of Asana with users that are not using the company’s email domain?
My intuition is that you are paying for a team and not the organisation, when you might have previously paid for the org. Reach out to support they’ll be able to help with your specific case.
