"Updated Task In A Project" Webhook Not Triggering Suddenly

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue where the “Updated Task In A Project” trigger for a specific project in Asana has suddenly stopped sending data to my automation platform (Pabbly Connect). It was working fine until about 2 hours ago, but now no task updates are being registered.

Some key points:
:white_check_mark: This project has 1000+ activities, so it’s impossible that no updates have occurred.
:white_check_mark: Other Asana projects using the same trigger are working fine.
:white_check_mark: No permission changes or settings were altered in Asana.
:white_check_mark: The automation platform is still connected properly.

I’m wondering if this could be due to:

  • A temporary issue with Asana’s webhook system?
  • Rate limits or API restrictions?
  • A project-specific bug affecting webhooks?

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Any insights on what could be causing this and how to resolve it?
