Unable to Reach Support and No response for more than 3 days

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

One of team memebrs is trying to access his account and Asana is not responding to either access his account nor reset his password.

Steps to reproduce:
I tried to delete his user and re-add him but still the same. Contacted the support 3 days ago no response !!!
