Unable to login to the help center

Hi all,

I’m not able to login to the help center.

First it tries to log me in:

But then I get this error message. I tried clearing cookies and logging in again, but same issue. Is there a bug with the support website?

I’m having the same issue! Need to raise a query but can’t login and all the bot tries to do is send me to the url :frowning:

Hi @Ibrahim_Farah1, @Adam_Tachauer-Yates1 and @Melanie_Beard, I’m really sorry to hear you are still experiencing issues.

Would you be so kind as to try to submit a request through the Help Center page in incognito and without login in?

If the issue still appears in incognito and logged out, can you please send me a DM with the following details?

  1. the email address you are using to contact Support
  2. the URL link you see on the error page
  3. a brief description of the question or request you wish to submit to Support.

For context, we’ve recently deployed a fix for this bug and it has resolved the problem for the majority of users, however, it seems that some are still having issues and we’ll need to look into each case individually to investigate what can be causing it.

I really appreciate your help!
