Unable to edit Project Notes on iOS (Advanced plan)

Hi everyone,

I’m using Asana Advanced and have started using the new Project Notes feature.

On the web (Mac), everything works perfectly. I can create and edit project notes without any issues.

However, on my iPhone (iOS) I can only view the notes. There is no Edit button, no keyboard appears when I tap the note, and the three-dot menu only shows options like:

I’m running the latest Asana app (v26.28.0) and the latest iOS.

According to the release notes and the App Store description, Project Notes should be editable on iOS.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

  • Is there a setting or feature that needs to be enabled?
  • Is this a gradual rollout?
  • Or is this a known bug?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
